    Problem downloading Xbox 360 games (included in Xbox Live Gold plan) on my Xbox One X

    Quand je tente d'effectuer le téléchargement du jeux du mois (Xbox live Gold) j'ai le message : Vous n’avez pas de moyen de paiement valide enregistré. Ce qui n'est pas le cas. J'ai une carte de crédit enregistré et
    mon compte paypal. Par la suite quand je tente de remplir les informations dans la page : Informations de contact de facturation. Le pays n'est pas le bon et il m'est impossible de le changer. Je suis du Canada et le pays indiqué est la France. Pourtant, mes
    adresses sont bien au Canada. Tout mes informations sont Canadienne.

    Quelqu'un a une idée ?

    When I try to download the games of the month (Xbox live Gold) I have the message: You do not have a valid payment method registered. That is not the case. I have a credit card registered Etmon PayPal account. Then
    when I try to fill in the information in the page: billing contact information. The country is not the right one and it is impossible for me to change it. I am from Canada and the country indicated is France. Yet my addresses are in Canada. All of my information
    is Canadian.

    Anyone have an idea?

    Request a Callback from one of our Xbox Support Specialists since they are the best equipped, tool wise, to look into the account and possibly make the necessary changes to the
