Bonjour, Depuis un moment j'essaie de jouer des jeux sur 360 mais impossible de faire la mise jour des jeux sur les paramètres réseaux j'ai une "alerte de service" que faire ? j'ai pourtant tout testé, je suis connecté sur le live mais impossible de
terminer les mise jour donc je ne peux pas jouer. A la fin de la tentative de mise jour qui échoue j'ai un code d'état : 4476-0000-D080-0200-8015-000A

J'ai essayer avec tout ce qui est demander mais rien y change j'ai toujours le même problème il me dit qu'il y a toujours une alerte de service

French customer xbox 360 system here, Same problem since 8:30 pm Europe/Paris timezone

update for GoW1, 2 and 3 cant be downloaded, same error , its a shame... it is definitively not a client side issue since I already have a similar issue (when trying to download my profile) and it was solved by itself like magic...

The update download progress bar goes full but after a short time a message is displayed :

also the boy is not mad. Network test on xbox 360 says connection is Ok but show an orange circled ! With message « service alert » ... anyways nothing is shown wrong on xbox live status page...

please have a look and fix it ....

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help. We suggest in an effort to be thorough, to power cycle the Network Hardware (router and modem) by unplugging them both for a
full 5 minutes. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!
