Bonjour tous,

J'ai prêté ma console xbox one mon neveu, je lui ai activé le controle parental pour pouvoir gérer les temps de connexion distance. Par contre ce que je ne comprends pas c'est qu'il n'a plus d'accès au store. J'ai pourtant désactivé la demande un adulte
et fais passer son compte avec le réglage ado.

Pouvez vous m'éclairer ?

Je n'ai pas de contrôle parental sur mon compte microsoft donc je comprend pas pourquoi dans le jeux il me dit qu'il y a un contrôle parental. et je ne parviens pas a modifier cela.

Merci de répondre si vite, et je suis niveau 30 etc donc sa ne doit pas être ça.

Je n'ai pas non plus accès au réglages d'autre joueurs cause d'un soit disant contrôle parental alors qu'il n'y en a aucun.
