bonjour jais vraiment besoin d'aide ça fait déj 3 jour que je tente de précommander watch dogs légion ultimate sur console xbox one et a chaque fois il me dise ( OUPS. Nous ne savons pas ce qu'ils s'est passé. veillez réessayer. ) jais aucun problème avec
ma carte et jais de l'argent je ne ses juste pas pourquoi ils me dise ça.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with a pre-order. Have you tried making the pre-order on the

store website itself? If still having issues you may want to request a call from support for further help.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next. On next box hit skip.

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Thanks for reaching out to us! If you'd like to cancel your pre-order for The Division 2, then you would need to
contact Xbox Support directly to have them do so on your account. It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select
no thanks,pick the category(Games)and just pick a contact method
(request a call from support or Chat is faster).

mes compte xbox et pc sont déj en région France et l'adresse est bonne donc comment je peut résoudre ce problème ? je doit attendre demain que le microsoft store me dise que la date de paiement a été dépasser et qu'ils me retire le jeu ? si oui est-ce que
je pourrais demander tout de même le bonus de précommande (même si il est très minime) ?
