J'ai un soucis, je n'arrive pas a remboursé un retard d'abonnements xbox live avec mon compte Microsoft.

Ces le seul moyen de paiement que j'ai. Comment faire ?

Si vous avez un paiement dû sur votre compte, vous devrez l'effacer avant de pouvoir utiliser/acheter d'autres Xbox Live.

I have 5€ at Microsoft BUT it's impossible for me to pay witch .

My Microsoft balance, which is over +50€.

I am no other way to pay.

How I do ?

Hi Renelrbah,

Thanks for the updates on your issue with your past due payment. If there is a card in decline you will not be able to use it at all on your account. If you are trying to renew or purchase a new subscription, you will not be allowed to if there is a suspended
subscription on your account. If still having issues trying this on your own. You can request a call from support to assist you.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
