Bonjour!

J'ai activé un abonnement game passe pc avec le solde compte Microsoft et j'ai ajouté PayPal comme mode de paiement pour la suite mais après Un mois le paiement n'a pas passé alors j'ai un paiement en retard et le problème c'est que je ne peux pas changé
le mode de paiement j'ai de solde sur mon compte Microsoft et meme si j'ajoute ma carte bancaire comme paiement ça passe pas ! Je pense que c'est un problème de région ( j'habite au Maroc )

Alors il y'a une solution pour payer avec mon solde compte Microsoft ?

I activated a game pass pc subscription with the Microsoft account balance and I added PayPal as payment method for the sequel but after a month the payment didn't pass so I have a late payment and the problem is that I can't change the payment method I have
balance on my Microsoft account and even if I add my credit card as payment it does not pass! I think it's a regional problem (I live in Morocco)

So there's a way to pay with my Microsoft account balance?

If you are trying to make the purchase through an internet browser I would first suggest you try using another browser just incase this is causing the issue.
