problème de paiement [payment problem]

Voil j'ai un petit soucis.

Il y a peine quelques jours (2 semaines maxi)j'ai décidé d'utiliser mes points rewards pour des cartes cadeaux(2 fois 25euros)

Avec ces 50euros je me suis pris un jeu 34,99 et un autre 9 euros passé.A partir de l sur mon compte microsoft il m'indiquait qu'il me restait 5euros.

Aujourd'hui je voulais prendre un truc 1euros sur le store pour accomplir une quête reward.

Sauf qu'au moment de l'achat impossible,après sélection du moyen de paiement erreur pourtant il m'indique qu'il me reste bien mes 5e sur mon solde

Ayant été vérifié sur mes paramètres consoles il m'indique que j'ai 0e et sur pc mon compte microsoft m'indique la meme chose.Alors qu'au paiement mes 5e apparaissent toujours sans pouvoir acheter.

L'expiration de mes 5e n'ont pas pu se faire car ils sont dans le délais des 3mois utiliser sachant que ca fait 2 semaines que je les ai.

Est-ce que quelqu'un a eu ce problème?ou si une personne peut m'aider?

Résolution: ayant acheté un jeu par carte bancaire mes 5e du compte sur console se sont ajoutés directement lors de l'achat par carte pour faire la différence,je pensais que c'était 2 moyens différents sans avoir besoin de toucher et apparement ca se fait
automatiquement.

Resolution: having bought a game by credit card my 5th console account were added directly when buying by card to make the difference, I thought it was 2 different ways without needing to touch and apparently it is done Automatically.]
