Probleme de notification sociale [Problem with social notifications]

bonjour

je viens vers vous car même le sav xbox n'a rien pu faire pour moi.

Depuis un certain temps, je ne reçois plus aucune notification d'un point de vue social (succès, invitation groupe etc) par contre les notifications de fin installation de jeu je n'ai aucun probleme.

Deuxième point, lorsque je réalise un hard reboot, toutes les notifications reviennent jusqu'au prochain démarrage rapide les notifications me disent au revoir.

J'ai réalisé plusieurs fois des réinitialisation soit en gardant les jeux soit en virant tout ce qui existe.

(Par contre, j'ai un disque dur externe branché dessus, est ce que cela a une incidence ? )

Of course if you don't like the notifications you can always turn off the notifications by pressing the guide button on the controller and scrolling all the way to the right and choosing preferences.

 

Social notifications not working

Hello!

Notifications are set to show all. Only exception is for friends which is set to favourites only. Have tried to change there settings before without any impact on the issue.

So to clarify, you are not receiving notifications at all, correct? And holding down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your Xbox One console makes notifications show up again, yes?

Is your console set to
energy-saving or instant on mode? If it is set to instant on, try energy-saving to see if that helps. If not, the

power cycling that you are doing is going to be your best option. That effectively restarts your console fresh and is a good thing to do every so often anyways.

Yeah i male a hard reboot lots of times and for the first start the notifications comes again. But when i restart my xbox one, they desappear...

My console was set on instant mode because i want to start my xbox with my voice and kinect.

So, if i understand you my problem is on the instant mode ?

Hey Matt, thanks for the extra info!

I definitely understand wanting to use voice commands to wake up your Xbox! Can you test out energy-saver mode to see if you still have issues with notifications disappearing? It'll help us figure out if it's the instant-on that's causing the issue.
