Problème de lecture du cd

Salut,

Depuis aujourd'hui, impossible de lancer mon FIFA alors que le CD est nickel, pas rayé et dans le lecteur. J'ai essayé de le nettoyer, redémarrer ma console mais rien y fait. Si quelqu'un a déj eu ce pb et qu'il a réussi le résoudre je suis preneur.

Hey GlobeVapeur1944! My apologies on the confusion, to clarify, does the console ever accept a disc of any kind? If not, you will need to return the console to the retailer or it may need to be repaired

Hey GlobeVapeur1944! To clarify, does the console eject discs as soon as they are inserted? Because the console is so new, I would suggest returning it to the retailer to ensure you get a fully working one. Thanks!

Can you tell us what version of the console and which FIFA you are playing?

You might try the
Xbox One console disc support or the
Xbox 360 console disc support to see if the steps posted help out.

Is the console plugged into a power strip or surge protector of any kind? It is always best to plug the console into a wall outlet.

le problème est récurent:

-tentative de lancement du jeu

-attente du chargement du profil.......... indéfiniment

et apparition du panneau "ravi de vous revoir....c'est parti!"......... réouverture du panneau! "ravi de vous revoir....c'est parti!"......... réouverture du panneau!
