Je vous explique mes ennuis de manière brève tout en me demandant s'il s'agit du bon endroit pour en parler.

Je possède une manette Xbox One S, je l'avais déj utilisée il y a fort longtemps sur mon ordinateur fixe qui est sous Windows 7 pour m'encanailler sur des jeux vidéos nécessitants une manette. A l'époque, j'ai dû téléchargé un driver trouvé en ligne et
dès son installation, ma manette avait vibré et j'ai pu jouer sans le moindre soucis. Tout ça s'est produit voil de ça un an.

Aujourd'hui, je souhaite jouer de nouveau. Je branche ma manette, elle vibre 1 petite seconde sans s'allumer, puis s'arrête de vibrer. Lorsque je suis les directives du support Xbox, c'est dire aller dans le gestionnaire des périphérique,
aucun intitulé Microsoft Xbox Controller ne s'affiche, vrai dire, il n'y a rien qui change quand la manette est branchée ou non. J'ai téléchargé les derniers pilotes, je les ai installés, mais toujours rien dans le gestionnaire de périphériques.

Chose intéressante mentionner, lorsque je suis la procédure suivante :

• Gestionnaire de Périphériques
• Action puis Ajouter un matériel d'ancienne génération
• Puis Rechercher et installer automatiquement le nouveau matériel

Après avoir fait ça, je me retrouve pouvoir installé les choses suivantes :

Après avoir installé un par un ces pilotes, je décide sur chacun d'entre eux de mettre "Rechercher les mises jour en ligne" étant donné que je n'arrive pas trouver les pilotes officiels préalablement téléchargés. Pour
Microsoft Xbox One Controller et Microsoft Xbox One Controller (DFU), Windows trouve des mises jour en ligne mais n'arrive pas les appliquer comme le montre ce screen et pour le dernier il ne se passe rien du tout. Je réitère mais je ne
peux pas sélectionner manuellement le driver installé, qu'importe où il se trouve.

J'ai un nouvel ordinateur et j'ai une manette Xbox 360 filaire conçue pour PC.

Je ne comprends pas car je ne peux pas installer les drivers pour pouvoir utiliser cette dernière, alors que je pouvais l'utiliser sans problème sur mon ancien PC sous Windows 10 aussi. Et quand je vais sur le site Microsoft pour voir les drivers disponibles
pour cette manette, ils n'existent plus que pour Windows 7.

Que dois-je faire? Car même l'assistance n'a rien pu faire…

I use a USB cable that I connect to my computer and I really want some help to fix the problem I mentionned.

It seems as though there is an issue of the controller that is connected through USB not updating it's drivers when connected to the PC, and we would be glad to assist with this.

If the controller is connected through USB, updates typically are automatic and if these drivers have not applied/the controller is not detected, then it would be best to try a different USB cable, or if the controller is wired, then try a different controller.

I already tried everything you mentioned. I know that the controller I'm using is working because when I plug it to the cable, it vibrates 1 second (I wrote it in my intial post). I also tried with an other cable and it still works. So the issue comes from
the drivers, they are not installed as soon as I plug the Xbox controller.

This is exactly the problem I'm facing right now. I would like to know if there's a way to make these drivers do their job properly.

As you can see, when my controller is plugged, Microsoft Xbox One Controller or even something related to Microsoft appears in the list of the devices plugged on my computer.

I'm sorry to hear the issue is still persisting.

Since the drivers are auto installed from the operating system it may be a good idea to re-install the Windows 7 operating system if possible since it worked for you about a year ago when the drivers were first installed. I don't believe there is any way
to manually install the drivers as I could not find anything online.

Follow the post on this
thread for steps to re-install the operating system, but you may need your product key.
