j'ai acheté need for speed hier et depuis je ne peux pas y joué le jeux crash a chaque démarrage j'ai déj réinstallé toujours le même problème voila une vidéo pour montré ce que j'ai comme problème

Yes and Restart

To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

Advanced settings

Alternate MAC Address

Clear and restart

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNETno
progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.

It seems here by the video provided that this concerns an attempted sync with online data that causes the game to crash back to the home screen.

Have you attempted to follow the steps provided by our troubleshooting game freeze solution support article to directly
attempt steps involving the issue?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

I have already done all this I tried to unplugged the networks cable when the games starts it this launches normally and as I plug in and I want to go online it makes the bug like on the video
