    Problème de connexion


    Bonjour, je rencontre des problèmes depuis 3 jours concernant le microsoft store, ainsi que windows store et d'autre service... Et ceci dure depuis mon achat du Xbox game pass pour PC...Avec un correspondant que j'ai eu sur le service Xbox, nous avons essayé tout ces procédés:

    -Windows+R -> WSReset.exe
    -Paramètres: Microsoft store+Xbox -> Réinitialiser
    -Désinstaller et réinstaller les application
    -Redémarrer Mon ordinateur + Routeur internet
    -Déconnecter et reconnecter mon compte au microsoft store (depuis je n'arrive plus me connecter)

    Sur le store, le code suivant s'affiche: Code : 0x80131500 | Avec: CV: a1HcDJ/I7U6IYtFI

    Et quand je veux me connecter, celui ci arrive: Code: 80190001

    Nous ne trouvons point de solution, mais ce correspondant m'a dit de vous demander votre aide mon tour

    Désolé de l'entendre. Si vous avez modifié votre gamertag, votre adresse e-mail ou votre mot de passe un moment donné dans le passé, vous devrez supprimer le tag de l'écran de titre BC pour le corriger. S'il vous plaît suivez les étapes ce
