Problème de ban

bonjour suite une altercation avec une autre joueurs du Xbox live ou aucune insulte n'a étais prononcé je me retrouvé Ban du live et donc dans impossibilité de pouvoir discuter avec des amis ( image en preuve ) votre système de sécurité consiste Ban
sans aucune preuve ? Je ne pense pas je suis étudiant en droit légalement comment indiquer dans les conditions général de service jai paye pour un service que je ne dispose plus suite au Ban je laisse donc 24 h Microsoft pour débloquer mon compte sinon un
plainte sera déposé et je demanderai le remboursement complèt du mois xbox live . Merci d'avance cordialement Aurelien

Trop de panne du xbox live coup de geule !!

trop de pannes trop de problèmes pour rejoindre ses amis , problème de groupe d'amis , adversaire surpuissant etc etc ..... c'est de pire en pire

 

Je suis ban sans raison besoin d'aide

alors le 14 novembre, j'ai reçu un ban de deux semaine alors que je n'avais rien fait( pas de message insultant etc...) mais bizarrement je pouvais toujours rejoindre un groupe et envoyer de messages du coup tous allez bien. mais le lendemain j'ai reçu un
second ban et cette fois je peut plus rejoindre des groupe etc...je voudrais contester le ban afin de pouvoir jouer avec mes amis sans problème.

merci de bien vouloir m'aider

 

Je rajoute aussi que sur votre page enforcement.xbox.com le message de spam empêche tout demande de support ( image en preuve ) je trouve cela très limite j'espère une réponse rapide et clair de votre part

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions
are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code
of Conduct or Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps HERE, however sometimes you're asked to
complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing
the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
