Bonjour, cela va faire 3 mois que ma xbox rencontre un problème lors de ma présence dans un groupe xbox live. J'explique : mon profil est en "connexion" toutes les 30 secondes, je n'entends donc pas les personnes, et eux ne m'entendent pas non plus. Ce phénomène
est récurent et n'arrive pas qu'avec les mêmes personnes. Dans mon groupe d'amis habituel tout va bien, mais lorsque je rejoins le groupe d'un ami ou d'une personne rencontré dans un billet, le phénomène se produit. C'est alors qu'au bout de 2 heures passés
dans le groupe sans la moinde communication, le problème est résolu, comme par magie.

Je n'ai jamais eu ce genre de problème depuis 3 ans, j'ai déj appelé le support par téléphone, et la personne m'a dit que le problème était général et que les services étaient en cours de traitement. Le lendemain, parfait, mais le soir, c'est reparti.

Ma xbox est câblée. J'ai la fibre, pas de problème de réseau. Type de NAT : ouvert. Connexion en IPv4.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums, I'd be happy to help.

There may be lapses in your console's connection to Xbox Live chat servers going though your home network, or the issue may be on the other end with the internet connection of the host of the party. Your network is fine for multiplayer gaming, but
the network port for the chat servers may be blocked by your internet service provider.

I suggest opening up other Xbox Live ports and then forwarding them to your router to get an overall better connection than just using port 3074. If you are tech savvy, I recommend following our support guide, "Network
Ports used by Xbox Live on Xbox One", on manually setting up a static IP address on your Xbox and the ports and how to forward them through your router configuration settings. You can also contact your Internet service provider for assitance.

Gros ras le bol de c'est problèmes rencontré sur cette gen, il est grand temps bougé !!!! arreter vos mise jours qui servent rien et réglé les soucis, parce que le live qui plante la sortie Dying Light sa le fait franchement pas, je suis sur la xbox
depuis la première génération, et la Xbox One est celle qui *** le plus, j'ai jamais vu ça ! les groupe d'amis qui bug, l'interface gelé, plus d'accès au live, on paye vos services, on exige la qualité !

When you are able to let's try a cold boot of the console by unplugging it for a full 5 minutes then check again if you are still seeing the muting. If you do then you will want to try a

quick factory reset of the console. Be sure to keep your games and apps installed when asked to do so.
