Bonjour jai récemment ajouter 35€ partir d'une carte de crédit mais je ne peux pas utiliser mes 5€ restant aurriez vous des solutions pour mon problème.

Abonnement Xbox Live Gold

Bonjour, je viens d'avoir un problème avec mon abonnement Xbox Live Gold, j'ai renté mon code dimanche ( 28 mai 2016) et cela trés bien marché jusqu' maintenant. En effet j'ai voulu jouer un jeu qui nécessite un abonnement Gold mais ils m'ont renvoyé
au proposition d'achat des abonnements. J'ai donc redémarre ma xbox One mais le problème persiste. Mais cependant j'ai pue y joué ce matin sans problème...

Pouvez vous m'aider svp ?

Pour plus de clarté, vous avez utilisé 30€ de votre 35€, et la reste
pouvez pas utilisé? Ou c'était 35€ aussi qu'un autre 5€ sur votre compte que vouz pouvez pas utiliser?

Si c'est la première option, vous êtes certain que le prix (taxes comprises) n'est pas supérieur 5€?

If this is the first option, are you sure that the price (including taxes) is not more than € 5? ]

Ma xbox n'est pas garantie et je n'ai aucune preuve d'achat.. Avez vous déj eu des problèmes similaires ? Si oui pouvez vous savoir ce qui ne va pas ?

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. Do you get an error code when you do receive the message?

Go ahead and try to
Physically Power Cycle the Xbox One and then give it another try. If the problem continues try to

Remove then Add your account back on the console.

J'ai essayer sur le site et sur la console. Et je ne pense pas que cela soit par rapport au région car j'ai le même problème d'achat avec des jeux rétrocompatible que j'ai déj en format CD qui fonctionne correctement.
