    Bonjour, ayant essayé l'abonnement Xbox Game Pass Ultimate pendant 1 mois mais n'étant pas convaincu j'aimerai revenir au Xbox Live Gold mais toute tentative de rentrer un code pour du Xbox Live Gold me propose uniquement de le convertir en Xbox Game Pass
    Ultimate.

    Hello, having tried the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription for 1 month but not convinced I would like to return to Xbox Live Gold but any attempt to enter a code for Xbox Live Gold only offers me to convert it to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    Hey there :)

    First you should stop your Game Pass Ultimate subscription... then you can subscribe again to Xbox Live Gold!

    Otherwise the system will always convert the Xbox Live Gold into Game Pass Ultimate...

    sorry to hear. Please
    check your subsription here     - should the Ultimate still be active you have first to cancel it. After this should it be possible again to reedem pure Gold.

    if you have more than 1 month of Game Pass Ultimate, Do Not Cancel it as you will only get back the $1 you paid for the promotional upgrade. any time you had on Gold or Game Pass that was converted to Ultimate will be lost.

    cancel recurring billing and wait for the subscription to end then subscribe to Live Gold.

    si vous avez plus d'un mois de Game Pass Ultimate,
    ne l'annulez pas car vous ne récupérerez que le 1 $ que vous avez payé pour la mise niveau promotionnelle. chaque fois que vous avez eu sur Gold ou Game Pass qui a été converti en Ultimate sera perdu.

    annuler la facturation récurrente et attendre la fin de l'abonnement, puis vous abonner Live Gold.
