Problème contrôle parental Xbox Windows[Xbox Windows Parental Control Problem]

Bonjour, je vous contact car j'ai installé le jeu Forza Horizon 3 sur mon PC mais lorsque je veux accéder du contenu en ligne un message d'erreur s'affiche me disant que je ne peux pas accéder au contenu cause d'un contrôle parental.

Comment puis-je désactiver ce contrôle parental, j'ai 25 ans et je n'ai jamais eu ni demandé de contrôle parental.

J'ai été dans les paramètres de confidentialité de mon compte Xbox mais je n'ai rien trouver qui puisse désactiver le contrôle parental..

Désolé pour le soucis, mais en fait, il faut via le compte parent vous enlever de la liste famille.

> https://account.microsoft.com/family/ ( connexion avec le compte parent, vous aurez coté de votre nom "autre option", cliquez dessus puis sélectionner "supprimer de
la famille" )

Si vous recevez un email de Microsoft vous demandant de confirmer la suppression, acceptez le.

Cela devrait résoudre le soucis.

Cependant il es possible que j'ai créer ce compte quand j'étais mineur.. y as t'il une solution car c'est vraiment embêtant.

De plus il est noté que seul un parent peux modifier ces paramètres et j'y ai accès.
