We are a lot of people expirencing the same problems. It doesn't come from us... Apparently xbox live sets randomly parental controls on profiles. i didn't set one and cannot access to online content because of it. Moreover i can't access to my account
as only parents can... (you know that as you developped the thing). So now I think w<e need real hlep, because we are not stupid and know what we set up or not. thanks
