Faites quelque chose, j'ai fais l’acquisition de votre produit il y a 2 jours je me sors d'une mise a jour système de 3.9 Go qui a duré approximativement 5h ensuite j'ai voulu jouer ( A Fortnite ) avec une mise a jour de 9.7 Go qui a duré au moins 12h pour
que l'on me dise a cette finalité que l'on ne peut pas jouer.

Donc j'aimerais profiter des services normalement fournit avec la console au plus vite car votre concurrent lui fonctionne pour le moment et correctement. ( J'ai donc fais l’acquisition d'une décoration )

Je ne comprend pas pourquoi dans votre rubrique support, vous dites que votre état de service Xbox Live est actif...

J'attend une solution dans les plus brefs délai.

Thank you for posting, if the console is giving errors about connecting to Xbox Live maybe try these steps to troubleshoot this.

1. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds to turn it off
2. After the console is off, unplug the router and modem that the console is connected to for 30 seconds
3. Plug the router and modem back in and allow them to power on
4. After the internet connection is established, power back on the console
5. Attempt to complete the desired task on the console one reconnected
