Bonjour, mon compte reward est suspendu depuis quelques semaines mais sans raisons justifiée.

Quand je veux savoir pourquoi cela me dit que ce n'ai pas de ma faute , et quand je veux contacter le support technique il m'est impossible de les contacter suite a une erreur du service.

J'aimerai savoir quand cela sera reparé afin de profiter de mon solde de points.

Thanks for updating us with your reply. As you're having difficulty with Microsoft Rewards and need to contact their support team, you may do so using the Microsoft Reward Support request page so that your concerns may be addressed properly.

Once you send the request, you should receive a response in 24 hours from a member of the team.

le maximum de détails.

Bonjour, merci de la reponse, mais ce n'est pas Xbox live qui est suspendu mais mon compte Microsoft Reward.

Je sais que ce n'est pas le bon endroit , mais j'ai essayé plusieurs fois de les contacter via leur formulaire de contact et un "probleme technique" m'empeche de leur envoyer ma demande. C'est pour cela que je poste ici.

Y a t'il un autre moyen de les contacter? J'ai recherché de partout mais en vain
