Problème compte Microsoft [Translation: Microsoft Account Problem]

Bonjour a tous,

J'ai un problème avec mon compte Microsoft qui me gène particulièrement sur ma Xbox One mais surtout pour les jeux 360 qui sont rétrocompatible...

Quand je vais pour acheter (avec une carte de crédit) un jeux Xbox 360 a partir du store de la Xbox One ça me dit que je ne peux pas continué cette achat sur Xbox.com et que doit continuer sur la Xbox (alors que j'y suis)

Je me suis alors penché sur le problème et je me suis vite rendu compte que quelques fonctionnalité me sont bloqué car mon compte est considéré comme enfant, sauf que j'ai absolument regarder dans tout les paramètre possible avec l'aide du support et mon
compte est paramétrer en compte ADULTE !

J'ai encore regarder sur une nouvelle fonctionnalité de la Xbox (le changement de gamerpic en image perso) et je ne peux pas le faire car mon compte est considéré comme enfant, ça me dit bien que je ne suis pas assez âgé....

J'ai contacté le support Xbox plusieurs fois sans aucune solution.

Si quelqu’un a une solution a mon problème je vous remercie d'avance et merci pour ceux qui ont lu !

Peut on avoir plusieurs profils sur un compte x box one ? car nous aimerions créer un nouveau compte avant de supprimer l'ancien vu le problème 0x80a4001a

I am sorry to see any frustrations! It does sound like the age on your account is that of a child account. Changing the privacy/security settings for the account, making the account an Admin in a Family, or changing the birthday on the Microsoft Account
side will not make the account an adult account. Xbox Accounts go off of the birthday originally placed on the account, and if that age is still under 18 (for most regions), then it's considered a child account.

The best way to determine if the account is indeed a child account is by trying to change your gamerpic to a custom gamerpic. Since this is giving you an error, then your account is a child account and you will need to wait for the age on the account to
switch over to 18. This is the same for Xbox 360 Marketplace items.

Just to confirm, do you have Two-Step verification enabled? If you do and you have forgotten your password, then you can reset the password using the 2 alternate security contact methods you added when Two-Step verification was turned on.

Depending on what security info you have added to your account, this requirement might mean entering a security code from your authenticator app and entering a security code that was emailed to your backup email account.

To reset your password, follow the steps in How to reset your Microsoft account password. Instead of receiving one security code to verify
your identity, though, you'll receive two.

If you're looking for info about changing, removing, or updating the alternate email address or phone number where you get security codes, follow the steps in either Security
info & verification codes or Replace your Microsoft account security info.
