Problème bouton A Manette [Translation - Problem A button]

Bonjour,

Ayant acheté un pack Xbox One X dimanche dernier, édition Fallout 76 avec sa manette blanche, je me suis rendu compte toute cette semaine que sur plusieurs jeux, le bouton A ne fonctionnait pas, ou très très mal.

Voici le n° [Mod removed - Personal Information]

Ma console est bien évidemment sous garantie, mais lorsque je rentre sur le support Xbox pour demander un remplacement, on ne me propose aucune solution en rentrant le n° PID.

Que puis-je faire..?

Having bought an Xbox One X package last Sunday, Fallout 76 edition with its white controller, I realized all this week that on several games, the A button didn't work, or very, very badly.

My console is obviously under warranty, but when I enter the Xbox support to request a replacement, I am not offered any solution by entering the PID number.

What can I do...?

Thank you for providing that additional info.

I'm unable to understand what is wrong with the PID of the accessory you are trying to replace.

Can you try to enter this PID once more under the
Request an Xbox Controller replacement article and see if you are provided with additional options?

I confirm that I have already tried these 2 solutions.

But as mentioned, with my PID number, there is no option given to me to resolve this issue.

What else should I do?

I recommend to contact Customer Support for further assistance or visit the
Device service and Repair
site.

Give this a try and let us know the results.

Je l'avais déj tenté hier (via le bouton de la console) , mais même en le tentant nouveau via la manette ça n'a pas marché.

Bonjour,

Pour faire les mises jours, il faut appuyer sur le bouton xbox de la manette, puis allez dans l'onglet profil, paramètres, système, puis mise jours.

Soyez sur que votre xbox soit connecté internet, le mieux est par câble.

Pour connecter votre manette appuyez sur le bouton Bluetooth qui est sur le devant de la manette ( côté du port du chargeur) et celui sur la xbox (sur le côté gauche du lecteur disque) en MÊME TEMPS.

Vous verrez le bouton xbox sur la manette clignoter au même rythme que le voyant xbox sur la console.

Voila votre manette est connecté !

Si vous continuez avoir un problème, brancher un câble xbox depuis la manette la console. Si vous en avez pas, pas de soucis

un câble Samsung fera l'affaire.

Ensuite soyez sur que votre manette soit jour en passant dans :

-Paramètres.

Sélectionnez Appareils et accessoires.

Sélectionnez Manette sans fil Xbox One.

Sélectionnez Mettre jour, puis Continuer. La mise jour s'installe.

En espérant que sa vous a aidé.

If you continue to have a problem, plug an xbox cable from the controller to the console. If you don't have one, don't worry a Samsung cable will do.

Then be sure your controller is up to date as you pass through:

Settings.

Select Devices and Accessories.

Select Xbox One Wireless Controller.

Select Update, then Continue. The update takes hold.
