Problème avec les jeux sur One X / Problem with games on One X

Bonjour, j'ai une Xbox One X, j'ai un soucis qui commence a m'irrité, cette dernière me désinstalle des applications, notamment le patch FR de AC Odyssey et le car pass de Forza Horizon 4, chaque démarrage du jeu je dois télécharger ces derniers, je commence
un peu vriller avec tous ces bugs.

J'ai déj retiré mon profil, comme le conseil chaque fois le support Xboite, mais part me faire attendre la synchronisation des sauvegardes ça ne fait pas bouger la chose. Avez-vous des solutions valable ? Jeter par la fenêtre la console, la brûler, acheter
un PC ?

Sorry for the issue with the games. Since you already did some troubleshooting, we suggest trying a

Soft factory reset.

• very important make sure you know your log in credentials, as the reset will remove profile from the console.
• Make sure to have a stable internet connection, and a back up if possible like a hot spot.

Bonjour, j'espère que votre réponse est une blague ?! Je vous précise bien que je ne veux pas retirer mon profil de la console, car la dernière fois j'ai perdu l'entièreté de ma sauvegarde d'Assassin's Creed Origins, donc si je perd cette fois ci AC Odyssey
votre console je la brûle en place publique !

J'aimerai aussi savoir pourquoi elle me supprime chaque démarrage le CarPass Forza Horizon 4, je l'ai ACHETER je n'est pas le droit de le POSSÉDER je rêve c'est dingue !

Sorry to hear about the issue you're dealing with, however, what XBF Brad had posted is a really good troubleshooting step that could help if you're having any sort of software problem with the console, especially if it stems from some sort of update problem.

Also, as long as you know the email and password for any/all of your accounts, you should not lose any saved data from any of your games.

I would recommend trying that step and letting us know how that helps.
