    Bonjour,

    Je me suis abonné au Xbox Game Pass PC et est téléchargé l'application ET fait la MAJ Windows obligatoire. J'ai deux problèmes qui se présentent :

    1. J'ai des bugs d'affichage dans l'application. Il manque des textes, impossible de vérifier si bien connecter. MAIS si je prends un jeu via le Microsoft Store, il apparait dans l'application ... J'ai déj réinstaller, lancer en administrateur -> rien ne
    s'arrange.

    2. Lorsque je lance un jeu "acheté" via le Microsoft Store (possible car Xbox Game Pass PC activé). Possible de lancer via App Xbox ou Via Windows 10. Après que le jeu se lance, il reste bloqué juste avant l'écran titre.

    2 exemples : Le jeu Moonlighter -> Logo du développeur et éditeur -> image du menu mais rien. Pas de son. 2ième -> The Messenger : Le jeu se lance avec une image -> reste sur image même après 10 min.

    Quelles sont les solutions ma disposition pour mes deux problèmes.

    Il me sera impossible de faire un retour en arrière niveau Windows 10.

    I subscribed to the Xbox Game Pass PC and downloaded the application AND made the Windows Update mandatory. I have two problems:

    1. I have display bugs in the app. It lacks texts, impossible to check if to connect well. BUT if I take a game via the Microsoft Store, it appears in the application ... I already reinstall, run as administrator -> nothing gets done.

    2. When I launch a "purchased" game via the Microsoft Store (possible because Xbox Game Pass PC enabled). Possible to launch via Xbox App or Via Windows 10. After the game launches, it remains stuck just before the title screen.

    2 examples: The game Moonlighter -> Logo of the developer and editor -> image of the menu but nothing. No sound. 2nd -> The Messenger: The game starts with an image -> remains on image even after 10 min.

    What are the solutions at my disposal for my two problems?

    I will not be able to go back to Windows 10 level.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums for this issue with the Xbox (Beta) app and your Xbox Game Pass for PC. In regard to your issue with a game launch, we recommend trying the troubleshooting solutions available in our support article entitled Game
    freezes or stops responding on a Windows 10 device     to get the game running correctly.

    Concerning the difficulties that you're experiencing in the Xbox (Beta) app, you may report these via the app itself. In the app, when you pull out the menu at the bottom, there is an option for Feedback. If you report through there, that can
    get that information directly to the developers to investigate or add/fix those features. Reporting these instances is very helpful in improving the performance of the app.

    J’ai quelques questions qui nous aideront enquêter sur le problème:

    Où voyez-vous exactement cette erreur ? Est-ce avant le lancement du jeu ou après le lancement du jeu?

    Essayez-vous de jouer Java ou l’édition Bedrock et comment lancez-vous le jeu?

    Minecraft est-il le seul jeu avec lequel vous rencontrez ce problème?

    Lorsque vous dites que vous avez mis jour le contrôleur, faites-vous référence au micrologiciel du contrôleur?

    FIFA 22 est-il le seul jeu qui vous pose problème ?
