    Bonjour,

    Cela fait plus de 6 mois que des amis et moi même rencontrons un problème, on apparait hors ligne sur l'application Xbox/Compagnon Xbox. Cela nous empêche de jouer ensemble ce qui est problématique.

    Nous avons déj contacté le support Microsoft plusieurs fois, sans trouver de solution. Je me tourne donc vers la communauté.

    Les opérations déj été faite:

    -Modification de la confidentialité du compte

    -Vérifier que l'on ai pas activé le "Apparaitre hors-ligne" d'activer

    -Redémarrage de notre ordinateur

    -Mise jour Windows

    -Se déco/reco des applications

    Information supplémentaire: Certains amis apparaissent en ligne.
