    Bonjour je possède un abonnement au Xbox live gold valable jusqu'au 15/02/2019.Mais quand j'essaie de jouer a un jeu en ligne ou de rejoindre un groupe on me demande de m'inscrire au gold chose que je possède déj .Merci d'avance pour votre aide

    bonjour, je ne peux plus me connecter Battlefield 4 qur xbox one, j'ai un message d'erreur de connexion, il m'indique que je dois avoir un abonnement xbox live gold, pour pouvoir m'y connecter,

    Hors mon abonnement est valide jusqu'au 12/09/2018.

    Merci de m'aider régler le problème

    J'ai un problème avec mon abonnement xbox live gold: quand j'entre le code dans ma xbox il y a marqué "Ce code est déj utilisé" alors que c'est la 1er fois que je l'utilise.

    J'ai déj essayé toutes les instructions marquées sur le site xbox concernant ce problème mais ça ne marche toujours pas. Aidez-moi SVP

    power cycle of the console     then check if you still see that messaging when you try to play online.

    Je viens de contacter le service. Mon abonnement a disparu et a cesser de fonctionner il y 4 jours. Il me demande mon code d'activation que j'ai jeter il y a longtemps.... Ils ne veulent pas régler le problème. J'ai perdu mon abonnement !!!

    bonjour suite a de nombreux problème rencontre sur la plate-forme xbox one je demande des explications sur l impossibilité de jouer en réseau alors que je paye un abonnement gold si vous n été pas capable d assurer un service

    je demande donc suite a c est nombreux problème un dédommagement et des explication ainsi qu un rétablissement dans les plus bref délais a moins que vous ne préféreriez que j aille acheter une ps4
