Problematic Xbox One S,What Should I Do?

It's been almost a month since I bought the console from a major electronics shop and since the first day I noticed it making a loud noise,then I checked the web and saw that many others had the same problem with a problematic fan that made a lot of noise!

But that's not all,I also experienced many problems/glitches with the OS,I had so many problem but the most annoying one is when I was playing a game and loged me out many times,with slow resign-ins and at the I didn't let me sign-in at all.The console is connect
via an Ethernet cable,I have a good Internet connection and I am sure there wasn't any IP conflicts in the network!! :/

Anyway,I didn't send it yet for repair or a refund for a new console,because I had already used the Xbox Gold trial kai EA Access trial and I waited for them to expire before sending it.

Here are my questions!

1).Except from the problematic fan,what is the reason that the OS causes such problems?

2).The shop where I bought it it said that the warranty is somewhat complicated and if I want it to be fixed I will have to first let them my console to check it if it Is ok or not and if it isn't then sent it to my county's Microsoft technicians.

3).Ok if I sent them my console with what it has now should they give me a new one or they will just fix it?In my country electronic shops are well known of doing many scams claiming it is fixed but they barely did anything or they say it is an new one but
it's the one you had before(just fixed up a bit) or even they keep yours and give you another one who who word knows what it is!

4).I tried to use the warranty checker from the support page,I entered all the correct information but when I clicked enter it said invalid phone number,I entered mine 3 times and again another 2 with the country code at first but nothing!What phone number
it needs?the one on my account,wich one?

Switch from headset to TV speaker

I have an Xbox One S (wife got it for me for Christmas) and just bought Turtle Beach Ear Force Recon 50X wired headset/microphone.

I really like how they work, yet I had one major hassle. When I decided I wanted to watch Netflix or a movie, I couldn't switch the sound to go to the TV speaker (55" Samsung Curve).

The headset uses a "standard" jack that plugs in the wireless Xbox One controller.

I called Xbox, but no one really knew what to do. I did finally get the sound on the TV, but I don't really know what I did or didn't do as far as settings and whatever. I don't have Kinect, so that's not an issue.

Does anyone out there know what I can/should do to make the switch less problematic?

I have one problem what happens if i send my xbox one s to microsoft visitor center because i have sent my xbox one s to the microsoft visitor center will they repair my xbox one s cause its over there now in microsoft visitor center what should i do
