    Senhores estou mais uma vez aqui tentando resolver meu problema, esse e-mail abaixo foi a resposta que vocês me enviaram, como podem ver, já faz muito mais de 96 horas e até agora se encontra o mesmo problema, e o pior, agora nem posso mais pegar jogos do
    360 na live gold pq ele não aceita a região do meu cartão de credito q n é internacional, enfim, vocês vão corrigir essa problema ou está muito difícil? Eu dou muito lucro a microsoft todo santo mês, mas isso realmente está me desgastando e me desgostando
    de comprar jogos, não só por os valores do deposito, mas por a negligencia de resolver um problema tão simples, e mais ainda agora por eu não estar podendo pegar os jogos do 360 no games with gold. Palhaçada isso também, de te obrigar a adicionar um cartão
    de crédito, se o jogo está de graça. Enfim

    Hola, por lo que he verificado no existe ningún problema actual en el Status de Xbox Live, por lo que el problema debe ser ajeno a ello, mencionas que reiniciaste la consola, pero no que hayas hecho un power cycle, si este es el caso puedes intentar hacerlo
    quizas lo soluciones con eso si no es asi haznos saber. Un saludo

    Thank you for your post. Should you want to get an Xbox 360 game on the Xbox one you would need to use a Debit/credit card to purchase the content due to platform differences.

    1. you can use Microsoft credit/currency when using an Xbox one to buy Xbox one content (but not vice versa)

    2. you can use Microsoft credit/currency when using an Xbox 360 to buy Xbox 360 content (but not vice versa)

    3. when using an xbox one to buy Xbox 360 content you need to use a debit/credit card.

    Should you be having market play issues try changing your region on your console to match your location.

    When going to
    Xbox.com
    go to your
    Xbox settings
    , then select "Change 360 account region". (make sure you're signed in to your account)
