    Hola, aproximadamente hace 5 meses compré la version HITMAN 2- Gold Edition. Este tenia la opcion de canjear un DLC llamado HITMAN- Lote Legado el cual contenia todas las ubicaciones del juego anterior HITMAN. Y Solo se puede canjear si tienes el juego anterior,
    yo poseo el: "HITMAN- Steelbook Edition" y la nueva entrega "HITMAN 2- Gold Edition" y aun asi no puedo canjear el DLC. Sigo las instrucciones de iniciar HITMAN 1, y darle a la opcion "canjear ya". Al hacer esto me redirige a la tienda Xbox y me sale que:
    "HITMAN- Lote Legado no esta disponible en estos momentos. He decidido esperar con la esperanza que sea un bug y lo arreglen en el futuro, pero despues de todo este tiempo y al ver que no lo puedo canjear me siento un poco estafado, agradesco cualquier ayuda
    o coperacion, gracias.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Sorry for the issues with redeeming the DLC for the game. Are you trying to redeem these on an Xbox one? Some DLC is not backward compatible as the publishers were not able to make it backward compatible. You may want to
    try the forums for the developer I/O interactive. You can also try and request a call from support to see how to redeem this code and if you have it available.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Hitman 2 Gold Edition DLC no longer downloadable after recent update

    Hello! I'm sorry you are having this issue, on the official Hitman 2 FAQ they explain how to redeem this content and that not every suit is available to transfer from the first game to the second one.

    These are the steps to redeem your Legacy DLC on Xbox One:

    On Xbox One Digital:

    Ensure that you have the HITMAN ‘base game’ installed and downloaded the latest game update for HITMAN, released on November 8th.

    Launch HITMAN and follow the prompts in the H1 in-game store to redeem and download your Legacy Pack.

    When the Legacy Pack has installed, it will be playable within HITMAN 2 only.

    About some suits not appearing in your collection:

    Unlocks Transfer aka “What about my suits?”

    Items and progression will not be directly carried over from HITMAN into HITMAN 2. However, the majority of items can be unlocked through the HITMAN Legacy Pack. With regards to suits specifically, anyone who redeems or purchases the GOTY Legacy Pack
    will have instant access to the 3 GOTY suits in HITMAN 2. Also, the Requiem Pack will be included in all Legacy Pack redemption or purchases.

    The patient Zero Campaign is included in your edition of the game:

    What exactly is included in the HITMAN Legacy Pack?

    The HITMAN Legacy Pack includes the following:

    Remastered and enhanced versions of the HITMAN Season One locations – Paris, Sapienza, Marrakesh, Bangkok, Colorado and Hokkaido.

    Escalation Contracts from HITMAN will be released over time and added to each Legacy Pack location at no additional cost.

    The progression system, difficulty levels and gameplay mechanics will be shared between all HITMAN Season One locations and HITMAN 2 locations.

    The HITMAN GOTY Legacy Pack includes everything above, plus the following:

    Patient Zero campaign, including four missions.

    Three GOTY suits – Raven, Clown and Cowboy.

    Three GOTY Escalation Contracts.

    In addition to this information I would like to recommend:

    Giving your console a Reset

    Double checking your game DLC, on your games and apps click manage Hitman 2

    Reviewing your buying history and confirm that you own the content.

    I researched this edition and Hitman 2 Gold Edition doesn't seem to be a pack that's included. It seems that you have to meet certain requirements and then you access the Legacy pack from inside Hitman 1.

    Did you follow the steps found on this FAQ?

    Have you confirmed you meet the requirements to install this pack?

    Let us know if you've tried those exact steps and what it shows within the game store inside of Hitman.

    Hitman 2 Legacy Pack - Why don't I have access?

    If anyone is still having this issue: I had to uninstall Hitman 2 and then install the free Hitman 2 prologue. After doing that i was able to navigate to the store through Hitman and get the legacy pack.

    This is what was posted on the Hitman forum.

    go onto a different account from the one you installed hitman 2 on go to the store find hitman 2 prologue click get, go onto hitman 1 then go to store and select legacy pack. Should be available then.

    The problem as I determine it is that as per the faq you must have the free prologue in order to get the legacy pack, the issue arises if you install Hitman 2 before that free prologue. Your account then sees you don’t
    have that free prologue and locks out the legacy pack.
