hola a todos, el problema que estoy teniendo con mi xbox live es que:he comprado una suscripción por 3 meses que vence el 03/06/2017 sin embargo no puedo acceder al multijugador de. Ningún juego, cuando lo intento aparece la ventana para comprar la suscripión
que ya la he comprado. En sintesis no puedo acceder a los servicios de xbox live no me reconoce, no es internet

Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions list and which country/region do you have your account set to?

To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, you may be in a country or region that's not officially supported. That could mean that some features may not work properly.

Thank you for the information. Since you're physically located in Paraguay which is not currently a supported Xbox Live region, there isn't much we can do to fix it. The region on the account needs to match where the console is connecting from for 100% compatibility.
Since Paraguay isn't officially supported, you won't be able to change the region to that though. You might want to try to remove your profile from the console and re-add it to see if that helps, but if it doesn't, you will want to talk to our chat or phone
