Problemas con logros The Witcher 3: Game of the year

Hola, escribo este post para pedir ayuda debido a que jugando este gran juego he seguido correctamente los pasos para conseguir los logros "luchador" y "rosa silvestre sin espinas", pero desgraciadamente dichos logros no me han sido concedidos. En el caso
del logro "luchador" seguí correctamente todas las misiones correspondientes y al conseguir derrotar al oso Olaf no obtuve el logro "luchador" en cambio si se me concedió el logro posterior "luchador magistral". Esto es muy extraño debido a que no se puede
obtener el logro "luchador magistral" sin obtener previamente el logro "luchador".

El caso del logro "rosa silvestre sin espinas" es similar al anterior, este logro pertenece a la expansión Hearts of Stone. Para conseguirlo seguí las indicaciones de la misión en cuestión e incluso miré videoguias para no dejarme ningún objetivo atrás,
pero una vez hecho todo lo necesario para conseguirlo, el logro no apareció.

El pasado 31 de marzo me puse en contacto con un operador de Xboxlive y una vez le puse al corriente de la situación, seguí los pasos que me indicó para tratar de solucionar este problema: comprobación de mis logros en la pagina oficial de Microsoft, reinicio
forzado de mi Xbox One S, eliminiar y descargar nuevamente mi perfil, desinstalar y reinstalar The Witcher 3: Game of the year. Finalmente me indicó que podrían pasar hasta 72 horas hasta que se produjesen los cambios, pero ya ha pasado este tiempo y los logros
siguen sin aparecer. ¿Pueden ayudarme?

Es un bug comun los a mi me oaso con Forza Motorsport 6 me sale que tengo casi todos los logros debloquiados cuando los veo uno a uno pero afuera donde estan todos me sale que tengo 0 puntos no se de que forma se corrige esto
