Problemas con LIVE. No puedo actualizar

tengo problemas para actualizar XBoxLive. Realmente intente las opciones que brindan pero no logra actualizarse. Intente descargar la actualización a una memoria y tampoco obtuve resultados.

Necesito ayuda.

No se conecta a Internet

No puedo conectarme a xbox live, mi red de Internet no la detecta y me manda un error que dice: problemas con tu Hardware, acompañado de la leyenda de no es posible conectarse.

Hi, Mr. Cazador.

When I start "live" in the console it tells me that an update is available and when the charge fails it and generates an error code. I do not know the truth and I did not point it out. I called on the phone and they recommended downloading the update to a USB and then to the console and I could not do it either.
I am afraid that I can no longer update the console as it happened to the "I Phon" or the "windows phon".
I hope this information serves as Mr. Cunter.
