Hola qué tal buenas noches mi nombre es pollomasler mi cuestion es la siguiente lo que pasa esque volvimos al sistema de fabrica del xbox one y antes de hacerlo nos hiso la pregunta deque si queria os que borrara todo o dejaramos los juegos y cuentas lo
cual deaidimos lo segundo que fue mantener cuentas y los juegos guardados se iso todo biem pero resulta que a hora no temos ya gold ya que compramos un gold de 12 meses y se nos vencia asta mayo del 2019 mi pregunta es ¿ Como recupero mis meses de la membresía
gold después del reseteo del sistema de mi xbox one? Gracias estaré al pendiente de su respuesta

If you are having problems are unable to cancel your subscription, then I would suggest contacting
customer support
and having an agent help you with that directly.

Hi Andres,

Thanks for reaching out to us today. I'm sorry to hear about the current issue with your Xbox Live Gold Subscription. More than likely what happens was that your subscription must of been purchased on a different account from the one you're signed on through.
Do you recall making any secondary accounts? Or anyone else have an account they used on your Xbox one?
If so have them sign on with the account to check if the Xbox live gold subscription is under their account.

Usually we tend to have this accounts set as the
'Home Xbox' The console designated as your home Xbox is where you can share games and some content with others who sign in (with their own account) to that console with you.

You just have to sig in again with your account which has xbox Live Gold.

Thanks for your post! If you've redeemed a pre-paid code, your subscription will add that time on top of what already is entitled to you. If you're looking to prevent further billing on your credit/debit card, check out this article on how to turn off auto-renewal
on your account:
Cancel or turn off recurring billing for a Microsoft Subscription.

Ya mi fecha de facturacion se paso y yo pague con tarjeta de regalo, entonces no se a cancelado la suscripción, y se supone que ya debía cancelarse, eso me preocupa
