Problemas con el complemento Pase de coches y con el modo multijugador xbox live (Problems ...

Buenas,

el motivo de mi mensaje es que estoy teniendo problemas con el juego forza horizon 4, ya que uno de los complementos que adquirí con la versión, no la tengo activo en el juego, en la Microsoft Store me pone que esta como en forma de administrar cuando ejecuto
la descarga me salta un error en la descarga y unos códigos, en teoría me indica que esta como instalado pero yo ese complemento no lo visualizo ni lo puedo tener usar ya que me pone que no esta adquirido.

También estoy teniendo problemas a la hora de poder ejecutar el juego por completo ya que no puedo acceder al modo multijugador ( vida horizon) me pone que es imposible conectar con los servidores de Xbox Live. y me muestra un error.

Por favor, haber si pudierais darme una solución, ayer incluso llame al soporte técnico, el cual me recomendó que desistalara el juego y volviera a instalar, cuya opción no soluciono nada sigo teniendo el mismo problema el pase de coches ni poder utilizar
( nose si esta descargado, si esta activado o tiene error) y si poder acceder al modo multijugador. Los demás complemento creo que están activados aunque ya me pone en duda.

hola, me puse en contacto con soporte y no pudieron darme solución. tengo problemas con el multijugador de gears of war 4 cada que entro a una partida o modo horda en multijugador despues de unos minutos me saca de la partida con el mensaje de error, la
partida ha expirado, intente de nuevo mas tarde. y asi sucesivamente en cada partida que entro a jugar, ya tengo con este problema bastante tiempo y cada vez es mas frecuente. ya abri todos los puertos necesarios en mi modem para xbox live y el juego, ya borreo
mis datos de juego, ya formatee la consola, instale y desinstale el juego, ya probe con otros perfiles y nada. el caso es que el problema que tengo es solamente en este juego ya que juego otros juegos y no me sucede ningun problema. mi conexión es de 50 mb
con la compañia telmex, incluso ya hable a la compañia de internet y no tengo ningun problema. alguna solucion? de verdad es desesperante este asunto.

Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

Pero haber, ya se que son 42 coches, pero yo tengo el paso y los coches que han ido apareciendo no los tengo, segun tengo entendido y me has comentado en este correo, yo deberia de tener en el garaje los coches anteriores a la fecha actual, es decir los
coches desde el 28 de septiembre hasta el 10 de octubre y no tengo ninguno, incluso desde el juego me meto en la parte del menu donde aparece y no es posible seleccionarlo ni adquirirlo.
