Problemas con el carrito de compra de Xbox -[Translation - Xbox shopping cart issues]

Mi problemas es que cuando tengo varios juegos en el carrito de compras para regalar a alguien mas, no me permite hacer el regalo.

tampoco me permite regalarlo por separado, no se que hacer.
