El caso es así...

Instalé ARK en mi PC ya que lo tengo en xbox one, pero la primera vez que lo instalé se cerraba sólo, lo tuve que poner a reinstalar (tarda 2 días) y ahora si me abrió, le cuesta un poco al juego pero abre, pero ahora estando en el logo donde dice "start"
al darle me inicia mi sesión de xbox y me pone "sincronizando datos" pero se queda en 0% y no pasa al menú de Host/Servers

¿Cómo lo puedo solucionar? He podido entrar al juego bien cuando cierro la sesión cuando esta sincronizando pero entro como "Player1" y yo quiero entrar con mi sesión, ya probé reiniciando el juego/PC quitando el internet, y poniendo otra cuenta que no es
la mía.

No quiero tener que reinstalar ya que tarda bastante pero si me dicen que puede ayudar tendré que hacerlo
