Problemas com velocidade de upload [Edit - Translation] - Upload speed issues

Pessoal, boa tarde.

Tenho internet da Claro/Net, com 120mb de download e 10mb de upload. Meu console está conectado via cabo. Se eu testar a velocidade da conexão no Edge do Xbox, tudo ok, download e upload normais. Se eu testar no notebook, tudo ok tbm. Se eu testar nas Estatísticas
detalhadas de rede, durante parte do dia fica tudo ok, mas geralmente da parte da tarde pra noite, o upload oscila entre 1mb e 0,20mb, mesmo sem nenhum outro dispositivo atuando. Meu NAT é sempre aberto. Já testei trocando o cabo de rede, trocando o modem,
trocando as portas, usando o wifi, já coloquei o Xbox no DMZ, já abri as portas tbm, ja fiz de tudo.

Exemplo: 22:00. No Edge do console, 118mb download, 9,8mb upload. Nas estatísticas detalhadas de rede, 117mb download, 0,8mb upload. E se eu ficar repetindo o teste, o download fica entre 120 e 110 em 99% dos casos, mas o upload não chega a 2mb.

Se nesse horário eu rotear o 4g do meu telefone pro xbox, dá cerca de 38mb de download e entre 18mb e 15mb de upload.

Os técnicos que fazem as visitas aqui alegam que não dão suporte videogame, e como no notebook a conexão fica ok, não há muito o q ser feito. Eu imagino que não seja problema no console, pq roteando do telefone fica tudo bem.

Alguém tem o mesmo problema? Alguém conseguiu solucionar? Alguém pode me sugerir alguma coisa? Meu provedor de internet pode estar bloqueando alguma coisa relacionada a jogos?

Se alguém tiver alguma sugestão, informação, palpite... qualquer coisa, toda forma de ajuda pra mim é válida.

Poxa cara, tenta reiniciar todo o console (tirar da tomada e tal), confere nas configurações se ele ta baixando alguma atualização de sistema e por último tenta mudar a porta de saída nas configurações de rede (se tu ja não fez). Se não for isso, eu não
consigo te ajudar, estranho demais esse problema...

Já tentei isso tudo. Inclusive resetei meu console para configuração de fábrica. Já fiz tudo q vc possa imaginar. To trabalhando com 2 hipóteses:

Ou é um bug qualquer na Microsoft (o q não acredito), ou é problema com a minha internet mesmo.

Não sei mais o q fazer. Mas obrigado por tentar ajudar.

Eu estava com um problema parecido, e meu provedor de internet era o problema, eles consertaram pra mim liberando mais uploads, porém estou com problemas de conexão no momento e então não consigo acessar algumas coisas, mas acredito que se você ligar para
seu provedor pedindo que liberem pra vc uma velocidade maior, eles liberem pra vc e acredito que seu jogo fique jogável, espero ter ajudado de alguma forma.

é de 50MB e peo Xbox menos de 2MB. Aparentemente o problema é na operadora...

desde una pc haz un test de velocidad de internet, hay varias paginas free para hacerlo ahí te dirán cuanto tienes de descarga y de subida, una pregunta tu consola esta conectada vía ethernet o wifi, ademas de algún otro dispositivo presenta ese problema?
