Problemas com Dolby Access

Estou com o seguinte problema:

Tenho dois consoles Xbox One, um console FAT e um console S. Compre o Dolby Access e no Xbox One Fat, tudo ocorre normal, sem problemas. No Xbox One S, não consigo instalar de forma alguma. Ele aparece na Store, consta como adquirido e me dá a opção de instalar.
Porém, a instalação sempre falha: entra em looping, trava, congela, enfim, não funciona.

Via suporte já tentei de tudo: limpar cache, soft reset, hard reset.

Paguei e tentei de tudo, mas não consigo instalar o app?

Que faço?

Well, I always unplug the console from energy when I finished to play. The Xbox One S have a big internal hard drive (2tb), so I dont need a external hard drive. It is plugged on internet via cable, directly on router. I will try via wi-fi and follow your tip.

Update info:

I tried follow your steps and no works...

I turn off both, console and router for 15 minutes. I tried via wi-fi and cable, nothing.

I made this video and take some pictures.

We appreciate the update on this issue. Can you tell us if you attempted to reset your router as well? This issue seems to be stemming from the connection, so be sure to check the router as well. Be sure to let us know how it goes.

 

Things I've tried:

-Install plugged in with cable

-Install plugged via wi-fi

-Changed the routers (1 apple, 1 Cisco, 1 Dlink)

-Changed the place consoles (as I said before, my Xbox One Fat works normal the app). I put the Xbox One S on the connection where the FAT was and it also did not work.

The strange thing is on the old console to run and the new one does not.

The router seems to be OK, because anything else I download works fine.
