Problemas al momento de instalar juegos de Xbox Game Pass. [Translation-Problems when...

Hola gente, muy buenas. Me presento, soy Juan Manuel. Ya había posteado algunas dudas y ustedes supieron solucionar mis problemas siempre, pero esta vez lo hago desde una nueva cuenta.

Mi problema es el siguiente: Hace un par de días yo contaba con una libre instalación de los juegos de Game Pass, solo que con alguno de los juegos se presentaban los errores que voy a publicar más abajo.

Desde el día de ayer, casi todos los juegos (excepto los que ya había instalado alguna vez) me presentan un error de compatibilidad, o a su vez me mencionan que "no tengo dispositivos vinculados".

Los errores son los siguientes:

"Elige dónde quieres realizar la instalación: Parece que no tienes dispositivos aplicables vinculados a tu cuenta de Microsoft. Para realizar la instalación, inicia sesión en un dispositivo con tu cuenta de Microsoft.

Obtén más información en la lista de tu dispositivo"

En este último renglón, se adjunta un url, el cual te dirige directamente hacia una página de Microsoft, en la cual me da la opción de agregar dispositivos y vincularlos (ya sea celulares, computadoras, etc). En esta página, se muestra mi computadora vinculada,
por lo tanto es raro que ese sea el error.

"*Nombre del juego* no funciona con este dispositivo"

Es raro ver esta mención, ya que algunos de los juegos los adquirí en otras plataformas, y puedo correrlos sin problemas de compatibilidad.

Me gustaría saber si hay solución a este error, y si se puede saber por qué se ocasionó.

Cabe aclarar que tengo Windows 10 de 64bits, actualizado a día de hoy 28/03/19.

Tambíen me gustaría dejar constancia de que mi equipo tiene vinculado el inicio de sesión con el mismo outlook que estoy utilizando en mi cuenta de Microsoft Store. De igual manera, la sincronización de mi tienda esta activa.

Otra de las cosas que deseo contar, es que tengo comprado el juego Playerunknown's Battlegrounds, solo que al mismo lo adquirí por medio de otra plataforma, y el juego corre sin problemas de compatibilidad, no se cierra, etc. Por lo tanto,
dudo que sea un problema de compatibilidad con mi equipo, creo que va mas allá. Y si de requisitos se tratara, mi pc lo corre sin problema, por lo tanto me tiene lleno de preguntas.

De todos modos, lo último que quiero agregar; cuando entro a la tienda, pulso los 3 puntitos de preferencias, y selecciono "Mi biblioteca"... no encuentro ninguno de los juegos que tengo instalados, o que juego normalmente. En mi caso juego Forza Horizon
4 y State of Decay 2, pero ninguno aparece en mi biblioteca, puede que esto se deba a que están incluidos en el Game Pass y no hayan sido comprados por mi?
