Здравствуйте!не могу зайти на аккаунт xbox

При попытке входа пишет"Произошла ошибка.Повторите попытку позже или попробуйте на сайте xbox" и так неделю

Hi Kim,

Thanks for keeping us updated. What device are you trying to log in on? If it is a phone try to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app. If it is a PC, try powering off the PC completely. Any additional information will help us assist you better.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Are you trying to log in on the Xbox app or Windows 10? What's the third part device you're referring too?

Thank you for coming to the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

First I recommend removing your account from the console, and then go ahead and do a

hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and
turn on the Xbox. Once the Xbox restarts, go ahead an re-add your account that couldn't login.
