Вчера вечером хотел купить 1 месяц подписки за 30 рублей, со счета снялись 99 рублей, но платеж не обработан до сих пор. Писал в поддержку КИВИ, предлагают предоставить код авторизации в торговую точку Microsoft. (Сегодня еще раз попытался купить Game Pass,
но опять же списались 99 рублей и все).

Что делать?

They payment usually takes around 48h to the system show it up

It might be you didnt select the cost and change it to the promotion. It automatically defaults to the original price. I did it in Novemebrr not knowing. You can request subscription refund https://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing/xbox-subscriptions/digital-goods-subscriptions-refund

Just make sure you let them know you were charged more then the promotion stated. You can also talk directly with xbox support. Support.xbox.com or 1-800-469-9269
