Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand yo have issue with games with gold. We are not sure why the games were removed. This could be something to do with the developers. I will definitely pass this along as they are not on my list of games
either. However, I did search store and can install a couple from the store.

Also you can request a call from support, and let them know. This way they can create a case to tie to it being looked into. Give this Thread as a reference.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Hola, te activaron la gold en la tienda? luego ese problema llega a suceder y de no ser así podrías intentar directamente introducir el condigo en la app de xbox, yo lo hago ahí
