Problema nei download[Translation-Problem in download]

Buonasera, ho un problema relativo ai download nella mia xbox one da quando è uscito l ultimo aggiornamento, la mia console riceve tutti i 20 mega della mia connessione(via cavo) controllando sulle impostazioni di rete, ma nei download va a meno della met ,
con ovviamente tutti i giochi e app chiusi. inoltre se spengo completamente la console o faccio l hard reset gli aggiornamenti in corso spariscono e per farli ripartire devo aprire il gioco, mi esce l avviso che l aggiornamento deve essere ultimato e quindi
il download compare nella lista coda. ho provato tutte le opzioni suggerite sul sito microsoft inoltre ho controllato che cavo/router fossero senza problemi. come posso risolvere? grazie in anticipo.
