Problema na live [Mod Translation - Live issue]

Tive um problema desse com um amigo a conquista na apareceu tivemos que refazer mas normalmente isso quando acontece e problema na live

I already deleted my profile and signed in again but no joy, the error still persists. My subscription is all ok accessing your link. It already has been paid using my credit card. I even formated my console.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to use using Xbox Live features with your account on your console.

The
error code you are receiving is related to the status of your subscription. I would first have you verify that the system is properly recognizing the status of your subscription by checking out the

Services and subscription page.

If your subscription is correctly identified, I would have you go over to your console and

remove your account and re-add it to see if this help resolve this matter. Remember to select the option that reads Delete Profile Only.
