Salve, ho comprato una xbox one s appena giovedì. Il primo giorno sembrava funzionare tutto bene, infatti ho riscattato il codice di un gioco dallo store ed è partita l'installazione. Avendo impostato accensione immediata, la notte ho spento la console dal
controller pensando che il giorno dopo il gioco avrebbe finito l'intallazione, invece niente, a 90% è uscita la scritta installazione arrestata e pur cliccando riprendi installazione non sono riuscito a farla ripartire. A quel punto ho annullato e fatta ripartire
dallo store, ma è successa la stessa cosa una volta arrivato ad 85%. Ho provato allora i vari test consigliati online, quindi ho riavviato la console sia dal controller che premendo il tasto davanti alla console 10 secondi. Ho reimpostato la console ripristinando
il tutto. Il problema però persiste e non riesco proprio ad installare i giochi, tranne qualche Demo gratuito di massimo 8gb. Qualcuno può aiutarmi gentilmente? Sono appena 5 giorni che mi è arrivata la console e non riesco ad installare nemmeno un gioco

can become corrupt while installing cause it not to complete.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on what to do given this situation. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening for anyone. If the steps previously posted hadn't helped, I suggest trying a soft reset.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

When you get the chance, follow the steps here on
How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One, select the option denote reset and keep my games & apps and let us know how that helps with the issue.
