Problema immagine[Image problem]

ciao!

ho Xbox One da circa 2 mesi e mai avuto problemi. Tuttavia stamattina noto un problema alla qualit dell’immagine, infatti ciò che è chiaro sembra molto più chiaro e ciò che è scuro è molto più scuro. Ho seguito tutte le vostre guide provando a riavviare
Xbox, cambiare cavo HDMI, cambiare porte d’entrata del cavo HDMI, ho ripristinato le impostazioni dell’immagine sia della TV che della Xbox nel caso in cui avessi cambiato impostazioni dell’immagine, ma nulla è cambiato.

La cosa strana è che tutti gli altri miei dispositivi collegati alla TV non soffrono di tale problema, infatti la qualit dell’immagine è rimasta invariata.

Cosa devo fare?

Hey there Franco!

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to use your console.

I see that you have already tried a good amount troubleshooting steps already. You said that you had rebooted the console, I assume that you mean that you power cycled it as outlined in How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console. Have you by any
chance, tried a soft factory reset yet?

It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.

Vorrei verificare se hai attivato l'impostazione del contrasto elevato.
Vai qui: Sistema> Impostazioni> Facilit di accesso> Contrasto elevato, quindi attiva Tema scuro o Tema chiaro.

I would check to see if you have the high contrast setting enabled. Go here: System > Settings > Ease of Access > High contrast, and then turn Dark theme or Light theme on.

I immagine as long as your gameplay is not different you'll be ok, but better safe then sorry

Grazie per la risposta, ma cambiare gamma cambia proprio immagine , illuminazione intermedia nella stanza , ho questo dilemma bt.1886 o 2.2 :'(

Con bt.1886 neri più neri difficolt in ombra , 2.2 sembra appiattire l' immagine , pensi sia corretto selezionare la gamma che consiglia Xbox ?
