Problema game pass [Translation-Game pass problems]

Salve a tutti, la mia fatturazione risulta ok sia per game pass che per live eppure non riesco ad avviare i giochi perchè mi chiede di riaggiornare il

game pass.

I giochi sono installati non con disco fisico, ho provato a spegnere e riaccendere più volte e anche se provo a ripagare il game pass mi dice che c’è un errore che dipende da microsoft, molto frustrante.

Thanks for your post. if there are any issues with changing the payment information on a subscription for it to continue, try this guide:

Change the payment method or credit card linked to your Microsoft Account. Follow the steps to Update payment Methods. If the issue persists use the
Contact Us portal to speak to an agent about changing it so it may charge and continue the subscription.

Thank you for posting on the forums today. I'd be happy to help.

First I suggest to make sure the Game pass subscription is active. Go to Settings>Account>Subscriptions and you will be able to see the status of your subscription.

Once you confirm it's active, I suggest to try a power cycle. Make sure to follow those steps to do a complete power cycle.

ho aperto una controversia su paypall, ho pagato il mio game pass una settimana fa.

If the payment has already gone through on the Paypal side but still no changes on the Xbox side then we would advise contacting Xbox Customer Support directly to see if they can assist you with this issue. Just go ahead and follow this "Contact
