Problema forza motorsport 4 [Translate-Problem Forza Motorsport 4]

Salve a tutti!!Come dal titolo ho un problema con forza motorsport 4!!Ebbene dopo 7 anni ho voluto tornare su forza motorsport 4 che per me è il miglior capitolo forza motorsport!!Comunque sia,qual'è il problema:quando inserisco il cd,il gioco parte,però,quando
vado nella carriera e inizio il World Tour,dopo un lungo caricamento della prima gara(Ladera test track),mi esce disco illeggibile!!Anche se vado nella gara libera e seleziono come circuito ladera test track(circuito breve),mi esce anche lì disco illegibile,invece
negli altri circuiti nra voi direte"seleziona altri circuiti e non giochi il Ladera test track",però io vorrei fare la carriera e mi fa iniziare con quel circuito e non mi fa scegliere altri e se non inizio la carriera non riesco a fare gli eventi visto
che ho solo 1 auto e non ho soldi per comprarne altre in modo che riesco a partecipare a un evento...Premetto che il gioco è originale,ce l'ho da 6 anni...ho provato anche a pulire la cache di tutti gli HD che ho nella console,ho subito dopo riavviato l'xbox
e il problema non è risolto!!Ho provato a selezionare come destinazione di salvataggio prima l'hard disk interno e poi quello esterno e non è cambiato nulla!!!Poi ho provato ad eliminare il gioco(salvataggi,Title update...) dall'hard disk ed a rimettere il
cd scegliendo come destinazione per l'aggiornamento del gioco,prima l'hd interno e poi l'esterno...nulla!!A questo punto ho pensato di installare dal cd all'HD esterno il gioco premendo il tasto X sul gioco e selezionando installa...e arrivato al 25-27 % di
installazione dal cd mi esce disco illeggibile...Qualcuno mi può aiutare a risolvere questo problema per favore?

Sorry to hear about this issue you're having with your disc copy of Forza Motorsport 4.

I would say that if you are having problems reinstalling the game back to your console from the disc you should visit this site

https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/disc-error for any help or troubleshooting.

If the disc does not work after the troubleshooting though, you more than likely would have to replace it , or purchase and download the digital version of the game

So if the steps I provided in the link did not work, I would then for sure try it on another Xbox.

If you experience the same thing on a different console, then it would mean that the disc is the problem and you would indeed need to purchase another copy of the game.

If you can, try that and let us know how that helps with the issue.
