the console. I suggest kicking the troubleshooting process off by following the steps outlined in our support page entitled Troubleshoot game issues
on Xbox One.

Yes! Try looking up your local DNS servers for a better connection option

Then within your Xbox console settings under networks. Customize your DNS for faster speeds. I hope this helps! Also try unplugging modem wait 30 seconds and reconnect.
