Salve a tutti! Ho riscontrato un problema per scaricare la Demo di Fifa 14. A parte che non mi compare nella lista Demo presente sull'xbox, inoltre quando provo a scaricarla dal sito mi dice che le mie opzioni di pagamento non sono valide. Ma se è gratis
di quale pagamento parla?

Hi to everyone! I have a problem to download Fifa 14 Demo. It is not present in my xbox's Demo list, and also when I try to download it from Xbox.com it says that my payment options are not valid. Why should I have to pay for a Demo. What's the problem?

Sorry to hear about the downloading problem, is this happening with all games and apps? Are you able to resume the download by pressing "Menu" on the controller and selecting Resume Download?

If not, run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

• Download Speed
• Upload Speed
• Latency
• Packet Loss %
• Wireless Strength (if applicable)
• Modem Manufacturer
• Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number

That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!
